OVERVIEW
Saturday, Oct. 12th and Sunday, Sunday, Oct. 13th:
ProLook Performance Clinic - Little Elm, TX.
Our performance clinics provide an invaluable baseline in the following areas that college coaches and pro scouts use when evaluating players:
- 30 Yard Dash
- 60 Yard Dash
- Standing Long Jump
- Position specific arm velocity
- Rapsodo testing for both Pitchers and Hitters
- Actual game play in front of college coaches/MLB scouts

ITINERARY
Day 1: 8:00am – 9:00am – Player Check-In
9:15am – 10:15am – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
10:15am – 11:45am – Testing Groups/Instruction (30’s/60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance)
11:45am – 1:00pm – Pitcher Bullpens (Position Players lunch break until 1:30pm)
1:00 – 1:30pm – LUNCH BREAK
1:30 - 2:00pm -- College Recruiting Presentation
2:00 - 3:30pm – Exit Velos (Each player will have video shot of them during this segment)
Day 2: Game day!
8:00am - Player arrival and check-in
8:30am - Player warm up - Team 1 vs. Team 2
9:00am - 10:30am - Spring Training style Game 1 begins
10:30am - 11:00am - (Team 3 and 4 warm up)
11:00am-12:30pm - Spring Training style Game 2 begins - Team 3 vs. Team 4
12:30pm -1:00pm - Lunch break for coaches and Team 5 & 6 warm up
1:00pm - 2:30pm - Spring Training style Game 3 begins - Team 5 vs. Team 6
2:30pm-3:00pm - Closing statements
*All pitchers will have video and metrics taken of them during game play to use on the app.

ProLook clinics are designed to level set and help you achieve your goal of playing at the best level you can in college baseball. You will be along side your peer group having your metrics measured and your abilities graded at the positions you play by current or former college coaches and MLB scouts. These clinics are used to help you gain important information about areas you do well, where you can improve and how to tie that into your college baseball search.
